WestBend is one of Fort Worth’s premiere retail, dining and office developments featuring a walkable urban experience right on the Trinity River. Successful concepts like HG Supply, Susie Cakes, & Pressed Juicery will be joined by Ascension Coffee and ZAAP Kitchen this Fall.

Ascension Coffee, an Australian-style coffee shop and café, will bring a great new gathering spot for breakfast, lunch and through the evening. Ascension opened their first shop in Dallas’ Design District and WestBend will mark the brand’s sixth location in the metroplex.  Ascension plans to feature grab & go coffee with bean sources from around the world as well as a food menu offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, including happy hour.

ZAAP Kitchen, a family-owned restaurant serving traditional Lao cuisine and Thai Street food, is opening its fourth store and first location in Fort Worth. They focus on fast-casual dining in their modern and inviting space. Each dish is hand-crafted with care and made to order. ZAAP Kitchen is looking forward to sharing signature dishes such as Tom Kha Soup, Green Papaya Salad, Nam Khao, Pineapple Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, hopefully in November.
