It’s all about love and Mardi Gras this month in Fort Worth. You’ll find plenty of unique Valentine’s events to help you enjoy the occasion from sit down, multi-course dinners to pizza beers, yes pizza beers, and games. Mardi Gras goes hand-in-hand with good food. Let the good times roll with brunch, gumbo, and crawfish events. If that’s not your thing, enjoy a tour of tacos on a taco crawl of Fort Worth. Yes, it’s a pizza themed beer – an 8% pineapple and pizza spiced sour beer. There will be a pizza themed food truck along with trivia and a newlywed style game. They may even be an eating contest!

Tour one of Fort Worth’s distilleries and sample their award-winning spirits. The tour includes lots of interesting historical facts about Hell’s Half Acre which includes the area where Acre Distilling is located today. For this special event whiskies and vodkas will be paired with chocolate. Also, look for a fizzy Valentine’s Day craft cocktail. As an added bonus if you find something you like, they will have and additional 25% discount on retail bottles for all tour and tasting participants.

There will be other bacon themed festivities and live music. If you haven’t made it yet to The Post, it’s worth exploring. You’ll find it on Race Street. It’s a live music venue with an open-air area and a listening room. They also serve food and cocktails.
