Mariachi’s Dine-In: Chef Angel Fuentes from Mariachi’s Dine-In has been serving authentic Mexican favorites, including a vegan menu since 2018. The restaurant will make a big move from the back of a convenience store on South Sylvania Avenue to a 2,300 square feet space at 5724 Locke Ave. Mariachi’s Dine-In plans to add cocktails and margaritas to its drink menu and expand more plant-based options and Mexican pastries.
